Secondly, can i come through dama with a Yes concession on English proficiency? Finally can you share with me again those employers recruiting with visa sponsored? Thanks always

You have to look for employers that have signed the Agecare industry labour agreement and send your application to them. If you find an employer in the Dama areas then yes you might get a concession for the English Language requirement. Your skills assessment should last you for 2 years. So you have till then to find an employer to sponsor you.

An assessment link for which occupation? First check on the skills occupation list for Australia, search for your occupation and it should have the accessing body that will do your skills assessment.
