Every heart seeks adventure. Taking care of yourself including your loved ones, kids, animals with plants. Go for a walk, eating favourite food, get a haircut, cry if you need to, read a book, take a vacation, have a drink, do what you need to. Take care of yourself, because at the end of the day you're all you've got. It's super perfect when you're walking on a food street with your loved ones, taking Otis with his friend to buy something & in the end, you are enjoying with Hugo since his sick but you're still continuing to take care not only for him. I'm so glad that you're becoming a partner of a caring person's sickness situations by not letting them to effect again. That really makes sense for me to feel how I am going to be other kinds of caring partner like you to my whole family including my sibling with her pet too...

The CM and Pi videos were excellent. "Have you eaten yet?" was a common greeting every evening I came home from work after we moved together with my wife 😂, the other one was "Are you happy?" which immediately changed my mood from Stressed Coming from Work to Mai Pen Rai, it would take then too long to explain the series of events I had to overcome any given day. About Damo losing weight, have you checked her iron levels? Iron deficiency seems to be genetic. Isaan, my wife, and her whole village have an issue with iron deficiency.

Lovely vlog today. So glad to see that all are better now. Here in Sri Lanka too people buy animals for release it is part of the Buddhist culture I guess. Rich people even buy cows that are meant for slaughter and just let them loose on their land. Likewise everyone feeds the street dogs and cats even if they have their own pets at home. 😊

Hi Ryan, glad too see Hugo well again and the rest of the family healthy. I'm sure you will complete the mission too Fatten Damo up. Nice variety of food at the market and I'm glad you rescued some trutles from the pot...least for now because I'm fairly certain they would have been alive when dropped into the boiling water same as folk do with crabs, lobster 🦞 ect We have $2 shops here in Australia too but 99% of whats in there is more than $2. Same same but different

That's a good view of a rural street market. They've got all the essentials there including what we call exotic (but what they call local) food. We do eat turtle soup in Singapore, with very strong herbs to mask the taste of turtle. But I don't eat turtles.

Damo looks lovely in that dress and it got me thinking, after I saw your quest for that short top in Chiang Mai: why not buy a second, similar/identical dress, maybe in another colour (or not, as pink looks great on her) and have it shortened to the length she likes? You can use the bottom part to make a pillow cover, since Hmong embroidery is very beautiful. Great for the sofa in the entertainment lounge ;-)

Irish also have that question as a sign of affection, "have you eaten yet?", signs by me now I was so well loved 😂 it's like Mrs Doyle off Father Ted, if you know her? "ah ya will, ya will, ya will, ya will" 😂 that half formed chicken thing is common also in the philippines, Balut I believe they call it. I couldn't bring myself to try it 😂

Got to love a Thai market. Father in law accidentally hacked a tortoise whilst scything the grass close to the pond. Was put in a box with some lettuce to “recover”. That evening a curry was being cooked and I could not find the tortoise. I didn’t taste the curry.
