We quit taking checks from new customers they are cash or plastic only and only a select few of our established customers can write us a check.

You know with the white control wire not connected the contractor would pull in and turn the auxiliary heat on you learned that when the new contractor did not pull in and you charged the customer for the misdiagnosed contractor and all you had to do is connect the white wire to control auxiliary heat tech’s like you give the hvac industry a black eye shame on you
