I came here from Pearl's channel and just subbed. I know what it's like. I lost my rental place post Christchurch Earthquake in 2011 and had to bounce around from mate's place to mate's while working. Tried to live in Aus but bounced around backpackers for 2 years then came back to NZ then bounced around family members places, then thought I found a comfortable rental but had to share with another. Ended up crashing at bro's after moving out an uncomfortable situation there. Nomad life although tough I did love seeing all the different types of life, but as a female it was a bit more risky and my bro just offered me one of his kid's room. I got monetisation on my other YT channel (the one I don't use ironically) because of one silly video so I have faith in you bro you'll get it. I'll follow you along in this journey. You seem like an awesome dude.

This video is a godsend. I just flew in with my longboard and I have a very worn out bushing that needs replacing. I'm going to the FESN Labs tomorrow for a new one. I'll make sure to tell them where I heard about them from. I may also stop by Heavy Sick this Friday for a Beer. The best part is that these places are in the same part of town I got my apartment in. Keep up the good work and we will make sure people benefit from your sponsorships.

Good morning (from Texas, USA) NOMAD!!! I saw you featured on Oriental Pearl’s video. She mentioned the heat and humidity that you are experiencing. As one who has suffered 6 heat-strokes (2 of which should have been fatal… I was told), CAREFULLY monitor your salt intake. If you place a small bit of salt on your tongue and it does NOT taste salty, your body is dangerously low on salt, which can result in a heat stroke. If you start feeling dizzy and weak, eat something salty right away… before drop out and cannot help yourself. Stay strong Nomad. Keep life simple.

Came from Oriental Pearl’s channel - sad to see your current state but know it only gets better from here! Everything else that happens to you in life now you’ll never take for granted again, unlike so many of us do and can’t find appreciation in things we should. Push your content through reels and shorts as this is what currently is making popular KZbin channels do well. It’s the best method. Secondly, get yourself signed up to do English speaking tours around your city, pay is decent, hours are flexible and tips are excellent. I’ve done many English tours on my trips to Japan and they are paid very well… especially as you continue establishing yourself on social media and become known! I’m sure depression isn’t fun to deal with, but just know in working towards your goal little by little every day you’re going to be where you want to be in no time at all. Wishing you the very best from New Zealand. Stay safe and can’t wait to see you progress and become successful 😊

Omg, what a good move doing that vid with pearl. We’ve been watching you for a while, first comment. People think Japan is in a bad spot-- look at Canada. Our teens are already trying to figure out how to flee. I can’t figure out why groups of like minded youth (be it sk8rs, artists, musicians, surfers, etc) are not networking to obtain Akiyas in groups, outside high stress cities. A renaissance of artists communities in Japan is overdue! Hope our paths cross at some point- all best wishes for you on your push adventures!

I noticed you got 70mm wheels, those are big, if I want to buy a skateboard for cruising, what should I get?
@enasni25828 ай бұрын
Typically a cruiser is a type of deck shape plus those thicc wheels, easier for travel. Nomad bro is using them on a normal deck shape (I'm guessing 8 or 8.25 in size) which would be better for cruising as it's bigger. You may not want a bigger deck for tricks but some people don't mind. I used to skate 7.75 and found it easier for flat-ground tricks and street skating in general but harder to balance while cruising and especially difficult on vert. I never used to cruise around much but for vert I preferred an 8.25 deck. All this to say, if you want a "boat" then build a boat lol. Also recommend hitting up your local skate shop, just tell them what you want it for and they'll help you build the perfect complete for your needs. Mine even gives out free stickers and signed posters from prolific skaters.
