His tennis got better after the breakup. Paula was able to spend time dating while she was out on injury. Now that she is back on tour, it’s not easy to make it work especially she has to work so much harder to get back in shape.

If the witnesses are believable then it's now a matter of if people (jurors)(judge)will have sympathy for him or not. Clearly the judicial system is set up where probable cause is the standard , but the defendant gets a lot of leeway, and the prosecutors must prove beyond a reasonable doubt. It is like the former US President, he did what he did on Jan 6, we even saw on video what he did and said. However his guilty fat ass still gets to say, not guilty. Prove it in court.
