No Jaipur food in Jaipur, Rajasthan

What if you can’t find the fish in Fish & Chips? And what if the chicken is in Chicken Tikka Masala went missing? That would be a travesty, right? But this is literally what happened to us in Jaipur, the City of Kings.
Our mission began with us finding (just like Holmes) the local food of Rajasthan in Jaipur, which is the capital of Rajasthan. But what we found out is that the food of this place has probably vanished into thin air!
Spoiler Alert: It’s NOT elementary, dear Watson.
When we asked the locals, many of them told us to go to a restaurant that serves Punjabi food!
But then, a few people told us to go to a restaurant that serves Rajasthani food (well, you can read the name of the restaurant yourself). We heeded their advice and went to the restaurant, only to find out that they serve... well, Rajasthani food... no duh, Sherlock!
