In this video, i featured one of Alberta's streams in its Alberta Advantage Immigration Program (Provincial Nominee Program) . This is the Alberta Express Entry Stream.
Its best feature is that you do not need a job offer to apply in this PNP program. Instead, you must be in the Express Entry Pool with at least 300 CRS points.
This is by invitation only, Alberta will invite those qualified from the Express Entry Pool.

I think you should make it clear na hindi ka puedeng maghanap ng trabaho sa ibang province kapag pumasok ka under Nominee program dahil ang SIN na ibibigay sayo ay valid lang sa Alberta. Sa PNP may number of years kang dapat mag stay sa Alberta bago ka makalipat ng ibang province para magtrabaho. Sa PNP dapat ang trabaho mo sa Philippines ay in demand sa Alberta bago ka maimbetahan sa Nominee program nila. Yung job offer sa Canada ay mahirap makakuha dahil may policy ang Canada na kailangan ijustify mo na walang kang makuhang PR or citizen ng canada para sa job position bago ka nila payagan kumuha ng worker sa labas ng Canada....Just saying.

Kung maaprub ka sa Alberta Express entry stream, sa Alberta ka lang pwede magwork at manirahan habang permanent resident ka pa. May nagsasabi na hanggang 2 yrs ka dapat dun tumira pero ok din kung magstay ka hanggang 3 yrs tapos mag aapply ka na ng citizenship mo. Actually, kahit PR ka pa lang may right ka to live in any province of Canada, pero dahil ang Alberta ang nagnominate sa yo, I think tama lang na magstay longer ka sa kanila. Then later you can move out.

Sa bagong program ng Home child care/home support worker pilot program itinaas na ang education requirement to 3rd year college kung galing sa Pilipinas mas.mabuti kung college grad. Tumaas ang requirement pero mas mabilis maging PR. Pero konte lang ang quota at mabilis maubis ang slot. Close na ito at sa Jan 1, 2024 na uli magbubukas. ...ang province na lang nga Quebec ang tumatanggap ngayon ng caregiver with LMiA.
