How big is the tin?This looks delicious and so easy to make! I will definitely try it. I'll probably try making it will only two eggs as well later, just to see if it works. Thank you for this recipe!

I use a 10 x 20 cm / 4 x 8 inch loaf tin. The full recipe is linked in the description or here: www.realfoodhealthybody.com/gluten-free-buckwheat-olive-oil-quick-bread/ It may not work with only two eggs since the eggs are what hold the bread together, but I haven't tested this myself!

Thanks :) The yoghurt is needed in this recipe because its acidity reacts with the baking soda to make the bread rise. You could potentially try a coconut yoghurt that is acidic, but I haven't found a good substitute at this stage unfortunately!
