my entire life I've been afraid of baking, I never thought I could get it right, too complex, always would stuff up the ratios. This is sooo simple!!! it's really opened my mind to a whole new avenue of food preparation! I'm really really exited! I made my first loaf EVER last week 😂😆it got an 8/10 from the family! I was bitterly beaming from ear to ear, can't wait to experiment more! loaf's are such a great wholesome way to meal prep 💪for the week ^^. thankyou for this beautiful calm video and opening such an awesome window of possibility!!! really grateful - it's change the way I look at eating in my life

@@LowKeyTable Hello. So, I tried this just now with my AMZCHEF Blender Smoothie Maker and with the 1/2 cup - or 170 grams - of apple sauce and the mixture was so thick that the machine seized up. It was certainly nowhere near as free running as your video. I measured 2 cups worth of the Buckwheat groats as well. Was just wondering, could you clarify in grams the amounts? This will possibly be the only type of bread that I can eat, assuming I can get it to work without burning out the machine. Maybe the machine you are using is more powerful? The AMZCHEF is 2000 W. Many thanks. It would actually be very helpful if all recipes were in internationally recognized weights and measures. 'Cups' aren't always so. (Coming from an old Post Office family that had a grandmother who was both a post mistress and a chef/nutritionist.

I’m wishing and hoping you’ve had a safe and peaceful Easter Sunday surrounded by loved ones. We had chocolate eggs today, therefore…no cake, however, I would love to know which cake you baked for Easter? We were also gifted with lots of dried apricots… do you have any recipes? I’ve already made Apricot Coconut Lemon Zest Balls and am thinking of a jam or marmalade or even a drizzle thick syrup as a topping?! Anyway I’m just about to watch this and it surprised me to see an upload! 💥#ThankYouJesus💥 💖💖💖🤗💖💖💖

Hope you had a lovely Easter weekend too💓 I made banana tart with dates chocolate caramel, and no bake earl grey cheesecake🥰 In regards to the dried apricots, I use them instead of dates! Made carrot cake balls with dried apricots, loved it than the one with dates. But again it’s carrot cake… so should be something different!?😅 Or it goes well with goji berries! Made bars (or balls). If you’re interested, let me know🥰

Überzeugendes Tutorial, einfach herzustellende, sehr leckere Brote. ====================================== Compelling tutorial, easy to make, and very tasty breads. Thank you for providing this really fine recipe! - TWO small changes and some hints: 1) i prefer having concrete amounts (see below). 2) The baking time given in the video is far too short for me, I baked the 2 loaves for 65 minutes, then they were done. - Suggestion: instead of industrial baking soda I took organic baking soda (does not stick to the teeth, it is clearly healthier). First I put the applesauce into the blender, then the liquid is at the bottom, not at the top and it's far easier to blend properly. I baked in silicone molds. Ingredients: • 750g organic buckwheat • 200ml (half a glass) organic applesauce, unsweetened • 1.5 packets of organic baking soda • 1.5 teaspoons Himalayan salt • (if necessary 2-4 tablespoons of water) • Sesame, toasted, flaxseed, whole, both in the dough as well as sprinkled.

UPUTE 1: Namočite SIROVU heljdinu krupicu u vodi 2-3 sata. (Olakšajte blendanje) 2: Heljdinu krupicu ocijediti i isprati. Narežite, TAST (zlatno hrskavi rub) i uživajte! I used Google Translate!
