You have changed my life when it comes to bread. I am making bread that would cost 20 to 30 times as much in a bread shop for penny's using your methods.

Have to say, “Thank you Steve”. For years I struggled to make an edible loaf of bread. It seemed so complicated in my cook books, the flour had complete mastery over me, never turning into anything anyone in their right mind would want to eat. Then I saw your first video using, to me, a mind blowing revolutionary way of making bread that not only produced edible yummy bread; but it looked like fun making it! Wow! I tried it and the rest was history..... anyone can make tasty bread every time, and enjoy making it....using your fun way of making breads. I’ve purchased all your books, and can hold my head up making bread, rolls, great pizza, the list goes on and on; and it’s all thanks to you for sharing your method of making great tasting breads. So thank you again for making baking fun instead of a giant hassle! Glad to see you back with a new video! 🤗

Sir, you have destroyed my reputation. Previous attempts at baking bread resulted in a composite material strong enough to support buildings. Using your methods (PMDO + 18 hour proof), I have made both bread and rolls that are equal in quality to what I enjoyed when staying in France. No longer may I make the claim "I can cook but cannot bake". I didn't think it possible, but you have taught this old dog a few new tricks. Thank you so much👍.

Haven't seen you post in awhile, nice to see your back. I make king Hawaiian bread & rolls just changed 12 oz. Pineapple juice 1 oz. Milk from water & milk. Started using square paper pans to shape & bake the rolls in, got the idea from Jimmy the baker on QVC

Do you make Hawaiian bread using the recipe in the video? Just replace the water with pineapple juice and add 1oz milk?
