Yes. You can answer either on the rotary or the cell.

Sure, if it has a dial you can call from it. Otherwise you can take calls only. Would need a bell box as they don’t have built in bells

Mine did not work for me i got a Cell2Jack Ver 6.1 with a 2 wire phone pug. Maybe that's why?. Dose yours have 4 pins inside the phone jack?
