Ignore the rude sounding comments but I do think that you should try changing your eating habits a little if you really want to lose weight. Like instead of eating things like pizza, ramen, cheesy corndogs, etc. on a daily basis, you should try eating healthier foods and eat the junk foods maybe once a week or two as a 'reward'. i’m a bit worried about how you got a migraine and have been waking up tired. it’s best to listen to your body and allow yourself to sleep in more when you can. waking up at 5am isn’t “bad”, but doing it everyday can become unhealthy for your body if you don’t get enough sleep. i want you to know that its okay to sleep in sometimes :) and you can still do your daily routine on the days you sleep in! take care julie ♡

That is unhealthy thinking. Thinking you need to get 10k steps. You don’t. Work out, eat good. None of this triggering obsessive bullshit. Sleep, yes is important. But getting into things like you need to get THIS many steps in a day or you need to burn this many calories, it all eventually leads to an unhealthy obsession.

Let me just say you are worthy just as you are now. I hope you can see that ❤ also I’m not sure if you’re in therapy, but I’ve found personally that finding a good therapist can help with creating goals for yourself. You can get in touch with the emotional side of things but also set plans in motion so you’re not stagnant.

one thing that really helped me to lose over 40 pounds was to just replace my favorite carbs with low calorie alternatives: white rice- brown rice noodles- konjac noodles, protein noodles, & zucchini spirals white bread- multigrain bread etc etc.. I was able to have multiple servings of my favorite foods for a fraction of the calories that I used to (I ate just as much but my total daily cal count was less than 1200), and this combined with walking for 40 minutes a day was really beneficial! I even bought a low calorie ice cream that was actually really good as a treat at the end of the day! im really rooting for you :D my life has changed completely and I feel so much more confident, I even wear heels now!!!

yes baby! you can literally eat whatever you want! its all about portion control (instead of a whole pack of ramen maybe do half and add some eggs or veggies to help fill you up) and moving your body (in anyway you like) for at least 30 minutes a day! insane diet changes and workouts only causes you and your body stress, and if you lose alot of weight quick then its easier to gain it back! slow and steady wins the race and makes you a happier human hehe! rooting for you babes

the title was a bit misleading but when you started talking about your personality change and your goals i related a lot! i currently feel the same way, almost 25 and never had anyone, not even a date, and i always felt like an unlovable ogre while in realoty, i'm actually kinda okay! and now i feel like i'm ready for a relationship, while all these years i didn't even consider myself like a person, i surrounded myself with the wrong ppl and that really prevented me from having any kind of confidence. i too associate this change with weight loss, i know it's kind of a toxic thing to do and that not everyone will understand, but growing up a woman is to have your worth associated with weight (IT'S CRAZY I KNOW but the boost of confidence you get when you feel better in your skin is unmatched, and i do believe it can go the other way too!). so yeah, good luck on your journey!! Eating healthy could look like eating vegetables with every meal, eating one salad every day for example and some steamed or grilled veggies with your noodles or eating rice with some fish and spinach. Sauces make all the difference in my opinion, they can make your vegetables taste like fastfood ✨ Also drinking a lot of water and tea can help you a lot and getting 7-9 hours sleep at the same time every day. Exercise is also very important, like walking for an hour every day or doing a dance workout with some light weights. That's what self love is all about, taking it step by step, day by day 🫶🪷💕

I relate to you so much and I love watching your videos as they help me in ways you may not see! I'm around your age and I seeing someone else deal with the same issues but moving towards a positive mindset had been so helpful for my mental health and I just want you to know that :) Some other things that helped me was starting my meals with fiber and protein instead of carbs. It has helped me with my energy levels throughout the day. Hope this could help with your migraines!

tbh I think you’re super pretty atm, but as long as you’re doing this for you and good healthy reasons then I love this for you!! I think I’d recommend easing into a healthier diet, like trying healthier options of foods high in carbs, sugars, etc that you eat daily, or trying healthy recipes and hacks that you think you might like. Pinterest has a lot of inspo on smoothies, foods, etc and even tips for losing weight ! Goodluckkkk

Unfortunately I’m disabled from my stroke but trust me you’ll get there! I was only 27 when I had my stroke & now I’m 29 and disabled because of it. So making healthy life choices is amazing especially just for health reasons not always about beauty. Congrats on the start of your journey. MyFitnessPal was something I downloaded back in January and it allows me to track the intake of everything I eat. Once I started seeing what I ate turned into, macro-nutrient wise, it made me change a lot of my habits. I drink diet soda, water, Oikos zero for my breakfast with a small handful of granola from Sam’s Club, and then my Ole! Low-carb wraps with lunchmeat and cheese. Dinner is usually all protein with a vegetable. No pastas, rice, etc. well, maybe a treat once in a while. But I’m down 42lbs from January. Good luck to you and I’m excited to see your adventure!

I downloaded this just now and entered my food for the day and I’m realizing that I actually have no idea how to eat “healthy” I’ve always been skinny bc of genetics but I had surgery in January and couldn’t walk for weeks and it really put a strain on my body because I then also had to learn to walk again. I gained 15lbs and I really would like to lose it. It is impacting me mentally to not be able to fit my clothes or have people comment on my weight.

instead of eating less, try eating more protein as they are much easier to burn off and you will feel much more satisfied, another thing try pick out snacks with low calories like a whole bowl of blueberries is 80 calories and you will feel much more satisfied than idk a chocolate bar, and you should do lots of cardio, if you need more tips feel free to ask

My love, don't mind the bad comments, but I do think you should eat healthier❤ 1: A suggestion that I give to you is to talk to a dietitian or professional doctor. (Because a lot of time it starts friendly but later on it can trigger a €d, I say it for experience) 🩺 The second thing is to eat slower by taking smiler bites to be able to listen to your body;🥗 The 3 things are don't consume too much junk food but eat it in moderation in a smaller bowl; 4th thing drink a lot of water, it help to keep the body hydrated💧 5th exercise by doing core or cardio (walking is great to start) later on, add other types of exercise (don't overdo it)🤸♀️ 6th eat protein, they are so important because if you don't eat them, you will lose muscular mass; 🐄🐏 7th the *most important is* it's okay if you don't work out every single day. It's more important to listen to your body when you don't feel it( it won't change your progress) 😴 I just write a few things that can help all my girls over there who want to lose weight💗 I hope this helps💓

So glad you're becoming your best self! Just be cautious about weight loss. You are a tiny little person already! You mentioned getting tired after eating breakfast - I used to, too. My recommendation is to eat practically NO carbs for breakfast, and start having protein & some veg instead. I started having breakfast salads w/ eggs and mozzarella cheese . I stopped thinking I had to eat "breakfast food" for breakfast. Sometimes I'll have a cup of miso soup with it. I've lost 65 lbs since January and this is part of how I do it. Plus tons of veg with my meals! Just do it with care and sensibly.

I’ve been in the same boat many times where I feel unhappy with myself and taking small steps toward bettering myself always make me feel more confident and happier. I do want to say tho that these changes only happen when you change your daily habits. I know you may not eat ramen, burgers, and pizza on the regular (since you only show what you want in your video) but starting to sub these things will help toward your goal. Even with the little yogurt cups in the morning, try subbing for Greek yogurt to reduce your sugar intake. Instead of packet ramen, try making your own quick noodles with a soy-sauce base and adding more veggies ( or even adding veggies and a protein, like an egg or tofu, to your regular packet ramen). It’s all these little things that will help you toward a healthier life style. Exercise is also important! Hitting 10k steps a day is a really good (and achievable) goal to start out with 😌 (I also like to remind myself that anything less than 10k is considered a sedentary lifestyle). Hey girl! Just a heads up, eat a lot of fiber and proteins. make sure to eat a lot of veggies, not only you'll lose weight but it also benefits your health. Its 80% you eat, and 20% exercises. I am currently in training to become fitness trainer and gained a lot of knowledge when it comes to health, exercises and nutritions! Also buy your local stores and buy as much organic as possible. Always wash your produces with baking soda (if your town is known to have toxic chemicals on fresh produces) . also cut out sugar. or least keep it just 24 grams per day. Cut out junk food. you can start with little by little. This does not need to happen all at once. You can obviously have junk food once in a while if you stick with eating clean. It wont hurt you but if you do it often, youll fall back. You even purchase a continuous glucose monitor without diabetes (if you are curious about your blood levels). This well help your weight. Rooting for you! you got this.

I second the glucose monitor. I don’t have diabetes but I opted to test my blood sugar at home while I was pregnant and it was a mind opener. It really puts things into perspective and forces you to look at the type of food and how it impacts your body. I’ll probably won’t be going back to eating much carbs even after giving birth to my baby

This is extra she doesn’t need a continuous glucose monitor she just needs to focus on eating more proteins and healthy fats, fiber is ok but isn’t really the best for digestion despite what you hear. It will leave you bloated.

@@thephilosopher5799 Umm, our health is an investment so no it aint extra. But it will let her know how her eating habits is going. Id advise to wear it just a week to see. Not for a long term use. Unless if she wants to but that's no need. AND yes I agree with proteins and healthy fats.

I’m so glad to hear that you’re growing and finding happiness for yourself! This video was really nice and real (They’re all real it’s just that this one correlates with my mindset rn) Man I really relate to wanting a perfect body so bad 😩 (I love eating pizza’s cause it’s like korean corn dogs for me) We will get there one day!! Recently, I had double jaw surgery in April of this year and being on a liquid diet was not fun. Like I only lost 7 to 8 pounds during the surgery. Honestly I feel like my self esteem is just average since I mostly have my two dogs to play with (Peaches and Yoshi).

Hi Julie 👋. New Subscriber here. I just want to say I love your videos. Your channel popped up under my recommendation and when i saw one of your videos titled "27 years old, no bf/no friends and depressed for 3 months", something told me to click on it and watch because I'm thinking damn I can relate, except for I'm alot older and more introverted. I love how you're inspired and motivated to do different thing along your journey. Also manifesting what you want and is continuing to do it. Congrats 🎉. To be honest, I don't think your fat, but its nothing wrong with wanting to eat healthy and excercise. But sometimes depending on you as a person it can be a struggle because im struggling myself 😔. But it is a journey just like everything else. Make your beauty your own. As long as you feel comfortable with yourself. You can't go wrong. 👌💯.
