You'd be surprised how wearable red hair can be. It's simply a matter or finding your right shade. I have yellow undertones so copper red looks good with my skin tone. I got more compliments in the year I had red hair than I've gotten with all my other hair colors combined. Try using some of those makeover websites that let u try on different hair colors or edit a picture in Photoshop, that's how I found my shade.

Just a little tip for everyone out there that has trouble getting their lashes to stay curled all day... USE. WATERPROOF. MASCARA. Done and done!! Think about it like this: When you curl your hair, it doesn't stay curled when you get rained on, right? So why would your lashes stay curled when you're putting a heavy mascara? Waterproof mascara is basically hairspray for your lashes!! P.S. Olive oil, coconut oil, cocoa butter, etc. will take off waterproof mascara without a problem. Your welcome.

I have a request and you've probably done this already but what the hey, I'll request it anyway. A tutorial using different shades of foundation to contour and highlight. Lord knows I have a million different foundations, most of which are either too dark or too light so I mix my foundations almost all the time. Rarely do I just use what's in the bottle but can we use lighter shades for highlighting and darker shades for the contouring or bronzing effect?

All nutrient rs1... for brown hair. Her hair has more copper in it than Rs1... people with brown hair would have to pre lighten your hair to get it that light copper color ...all nutrient has a more copper red but I have rs1 and it looks the same on my brown hair with just a 20 vol. My mother is a color specialist and she broke it down for me and all nutrient rs1 is what I picked. Hope this helped. I love my hair .

Girls, if you don't have a lot of money to spend on makeup, don't forget about Physicians Forumla Youthful Wear Spotless Foundation (which is also serum based and looks very natural) and Sonia Kashuka's Undetectable Cream Bronzer (which is a dupe for Chanel Soleil Tan De Chanel). Both of these products could give you an identical look without breaking the bank.

No problem! I am always on the hunt for dupes. The cream bronzer from Sonia Kashuk is amazing! Just apply it with an angled synthetic foundation brush. You can get the bronzer (and probably the foundation) from Target. The foundation only comes in two shades. I have light skin and get the lightest shade which is a touch dark on me but I find it perfect in summer when I self-tan. Just be sure to blend it really well and down your neck if you find it a little too dark. and then once you add bronzer/blush it looks pretty seamless. I have dry/normal skin and I love the finish of it. Not sure about how it works for oily skin but there are reviews on youtube if you need opinions. Good luck!
