Luke Kirby was just perfect as Bundy. I felt like i was watching Ted and i kind of forgot, that it was a movie and it was not Ted, but Luke Kirby playing him and that really shows what a great actor he is. He completely immersed himself into the role and even picked up Ted‘s personality traits, his way of talking, his laugh and mannerisms. Just brilliant. The only think he didn‘t have were Ted‘s blue eyes, they just kept his original eye color

Zero doubt in my mind that Luke Kirby is the best actor that has played Bundy surpassing Mark Harmon.

I'm mindblown! Kirby did the best portrayl of Bundy I've ever seen. His gestures and mimic is just like Bundys. Great movie!

Luke kirby sounds like ted bundy...even in this actual interview about the movie... Voice tones etc. Looks as well similar and actions as in pausing and sighing ...basically this man has nailed any movie ever made of ted bundy.👌💯✅

@@farrahlynn1152 Hopefully this role didn't effect Mr. Kirby too much afterwards. He seems okay though. The way he portrays Ted is the most disturbing interpretation and he seemingly executed it beautifully. I'm so impatient to see this film, even though I'm a bit weary due to the realistic chilling nature of it. I feel like he delivered the most closest to Bundy out of any other biopic. I only worry it effected him because I've seen with most actresses/actors who portray a serial killer or any kind of dark character, it changed them a little. I always look at Heath Ledger as a good example. Even though he loved portraying the Joker and he said it was his most favorite role he ever did, that character was debilitating at times for his mind. (I don't blame his death from the effects of that role though.) Good god that was long, apologies! :)

@@pigtailsandteddybears5985 I totally agree I know the depth of the mind can be a tricky thing. So to say But...he even reminds me of ted when hes off of cam...as n his other interviews before this movies where coming out...the actions the speech...the looks it's almost scary lol hes a good actor but this one will take the cake I do agree 💝

@@farrahlynn1152 (I just saw that you responded, sorry I'm late!❤) Oh goodness yes, the mind is intriguing yet scary of the capabilities it can exhume. I took psychology and human behavior to *understand* others that I can't truly understand. (And to understand myself, not gonna lie.🤭) Then I had to do a huge project on Bundy not too long ago. I, too, can see some familiarity between him and Ted outside of this role. I haven't seen any of his films but I do look forward to! I've only seen this interview and another at the premiere. I just really appreciate how adamant he seems to be about how he doesn't want this to basically be some sensationalism over Ted, just wants people to see the evil humanity aspect people have always been capable of. (That's only within my perspective though! I'm often way way WAY 'off' at times when I overly observe someone or something. And once again I'm rambling. I'll shut up now. 😉)

Mr. Kirby's method of imagining people (I'm guessing those like Ted) as children in order to truly get into something of this genre is a very helpful kind of tool in life overall. Like that they were innocent beings once or something similar to make them somewhat human? (Knowing how bimbo-ish I can be, I probably interpreted him completely wrong.) But either way, I love that kind of ideology since that's been a coping mechanism of mine since childhood with others. I hope this film comes out for public viewing someday. From the clips/previews I've seen of this, this is the only interpretation of Ted Bundy that is incredibly disturbing. (I mean that in a complimentary way.) If the interviewer sees this, you did a great job. Very respectful. Thank you for posting this. :)

How much more pretentious could Luke Kirby be. This interview does not want me to watch this film which is a shame as Elijah Wood is the opposite and a much better actor.
