no, there is no black hole that small, the visual representation is not even close

These types of black holes are really common irl, stellar black holes are usually smaller than planets, as they form from a collapsed star, these however can never be entered because of how short of a distance the singularity is from the event horizon. Supermassive black holes like in interstellar are only products of the big bang, as they have had billions upon billions of years to gather mass from the matter created, and that's why they're usually only found as the middle of galaxies.

you wouldn’t be able to escape it once you were in the event horizon- this one you can obviously fly around. LOL

Well to be fair he wasn't flying through the event horizon, the event horizon is the actual edge of the black hole itself, which in game if you fly past the event horizon you get warped somewhere else; what he was flying through was the accretion disk which is made up of material being pulled apart as it gets pulled toward a black hole.
