From the looks of it Trump had a 50-50 to pull Raza vs the other minion in the Priests hand at the time (I think it was crazed Alchemist). It's also lucky for trump that Lyra was milled too.
@Saktor2
@Saktor2 7 жыл бұрын
how did you get 50-50? it was turn 3 vs prist, he could have pulled out anything. He had no idea what kind of prist it was. He would have no answer next turn if it was yshari(big prist)/lyra. its funny how trump gets away with such horrible plays

since Trumps goal isn't to reach legend fast, but simply to reach legend by only playing this deck. I would argue that it is relevant. When he eventually reaches legend, games played doesn't mean much, if you can't win consistently, so by that point, this deck will be even better.

He was sarcastic that's also why he mentioned that it is somewhat bad that in chess the better player always wins. If you play chess against someone who is better than you, you will loose 100% of the time and most people won't enjoy that. In Hearthstone you can be shit but still win against the Chapionship winner, that's what makes competitive hearthstone a joke, but also what makes casual hearthstone fun.

it's not a bad deck, but if you make any mistake, you are most likely to lose. plus, if someone manages to mill one of your dead mans hands, you have no winning condition. And that is not "likely" but a risk. Warlock can kill you and mage sometimes too and I even have seen some crazy druids that run naturlize and mill you with that if you don't prepare. No deck is perfect though so... do it.

This last game more or less proves my point. In that deck, so long as you have at least 1 removal and 1 armor gain, +coldlight, the rest of the deck doesnt matter. And heck, even without coldlight, that last game still would have been possible, albit not clean, because the opponent gets so much further in fatigue no matter what they do. This isn't the case agnast "bust" matchups, but those are typically decided before that point anyway

@fawnmacaron472
@fawnmacaron472 7 жыл бұрын
Let's see how long usernames can get,I guess they can pretty damn long like really long Trump's plan with this deck is to remove enemy threats, gain armor, and make them die to fatigue. That's it. Scourgelord Garrosh provides powerful repeated removal tools. You may have noticed that after he burned Garrosh in one of these games, he had no way to reliably damage minions to use Execute. Grommash and Rotface don't improve the plan; Trump doesn't need to play threats to win with this deck, and in all likelihood an opponent's hand will have removal for large minions (e.g. Shadow Word Death, Polymorph) because Trump's largest minion right now is Skulking Geist. As for why he didn't attack the Priest before playing Garrosh... I guess he just didn't think about it? And I don't know enough about deckbuilding in Hearthstone to answer why Ravaging Ghoul isn't played...

You remove bring it on and some other cards and you put in mountain fire armor hatchlings and Nzoth. You end up with infite n zoths that generate armor and you have a deck filled with 6/9's with taunt
@thetheory6159
@thetheory6159 7 жыл бұрын
I feel like Bring It On is still better. Mountainfire Armor is way too unreliable -- your enemy is just gonna put you in a position where you need to kill them on your own turn, and so you'll never see the armor on your portrait, and you'll just be sad.
@PopeMical
@PopeMical 7 жыл бұрын
With Marin the fox N'zoth is pretty bad right now. Had a friend running the deck you are talking about and his N'zoth brought back 3 treasure chests at once.
@thetheory6159
@thetheory6159 7 жыл бұрын
Except N'Zoth doesn't bring back the chests you spawned on the enemy's side. It resurrects FRIENDLY minions. The chest belonged to the enemy. It is therefore not friendly. Edit: Nvm, I misunderstood. Yeah I guess it's pretty bad to respawn chests that give your enemy OP stuff.

Probably not. There are a lot of pit falls you can run into and tons of room for misplays. You'd be better off with a different deck. Also it takes ages to complete games so things like win x games quests can be hard to do in a reasonable time. On the other hand it like one big logic puzzle every match and that has it's own appeal.

I have been playing chess on a professional level when i was a kid, and i just laugh at ur comments) U say about chess something like "chess is full rng based, whoever goes first wins" or, in analogy to HS, "well, this guy had more legendaries in his deck, p2w scum yatayata 0 skill moneyplayer". But still was interesting to hear ur opinion, trump. Ty for ur vids, made me an excellent player who make up for living by playing hearthstone and even started Youtubing and streaming while inspired by urs deck teachings years ago (i hope u dont mind that, i made it for non-english speakers with notification of origin of vids, so that people know about you). Please, keep up with good work and PLEASE, do improve! Honestly, last 3-6 mounths i experience that u are on a same level, so please, work harder on ur HS thinking etc. No offence, just an advice of ur fan) P.lay S.tation Jens, u r zi best, if only i had someone like u to make vids, or had at least 10% of ur skill by myself... Keep it up, u'r doing absolutely GREAT!

This is hard work to be any good at chess. Mastering the strategical concepts and sharpening your tactical eye requires hundrends of hours of practice. Nobody's in any good at chess without these prerequisites.

It's a dead draw early on, and only works good late when you can start shuffling it in.

He didnt have a way to damage his own coldlight in order to make execute playable. Sometimes when i watch him play this deck i wonder if he should hold off on playing ghoul so he can have whirlwind.

idk... so many people run gheist, that it is not that efficient trying to keep it like that. on the other hand, it's your winning condition against jade druid, that basicallly has the same gameplan with his jade idols, except that he summons growing golems if you wont stop him. therefore he must run gheist by himself.
