I've been using this method for years. It works great. One piece of advice, however. Be sure that the plate or vessel used to cook the bacon is microwave safe or you will end up with cracked dishware, as bacon grease in the microwave gets super HOT.

Use an Anyday pan with lid. Mde for microwaving, infinitely re-useable, no mess, and you aren't WASTING all that paper! hey even attached an ad to the end of your video! Sale in now for Black Friday.
