STEAMED BUNS RECIPE
INGREDIENTS :
• 15 tablespoons Cake Flour (150 grams)
• 1 tablespoon corn starch
• ¼ teaspoon baking powder
• ⅛ teaspoon salt
• 5½ tablespoons water
• ½ teaspoon instant yeast
• 3 tablespoons sugar
• 1 tablespoon oil
• 6 sheets baking paper
FILLINGS :
• Red bean paste
• Custard
• Chocolate sprinkles (I use this)
• Jam
• Cheese
• Meat
• Vegetables

Love steamed buns! And love these are milk and egg free as I have a family history of Cancer so need to avoid the estrogen and possible BLV in dairy and choline in eggs. Thanks for sharing
