"Magic Hour" sounds like a wise choice for this video's description. As for the house across the lake with hills on the background, one of the most divine places I ever want to live. Every time I hear this new soul-massaging music; I feel balanced, enlightened, and my heart feels floating in a safe cool ocean. When summer has come I'm so looking forward on swimming. Helps bring back my good old memories of my time with my besties from primary to secondary school. I know some say we shouldn't look on to our past, but that doesn't mean we erased it forever and leave the life of who we once were behind. We search our feelings deep within ourselves and be welcomed back, no matter what mistakes we've made, the fears that drove us. Hi Zac, it’s so incredible how you create you’re own relaxing binaural beats that I’m sure many of your viewers and subscribers listen to before they go to bed. You also incorporate little simple colorful animations to go along with your 3-9 hours video. Out of curiosity, given you have 637K subs, and 142M views, how much money have you made getting your videos alone and home much do you make per video on average??

Whatever it is, I think he deserves and earns it. Zac’s compositions are the only way I can sleep. I’ve been using his videos every night for more than two years, and they help me through the issues that make it difficult for me to sleep- chronic pain from Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, which causes chronic repetitive daily joint dislocations (and surgeries I’ve had because of that) as well as other issues related to it- gastroparesis, POTS, and other vascular issues, as well as Autism , which is often a comorbidity of EDS. My ASD causes a lot of sensory issues as well as anxiety and sleep disturbances. I also have epilepsy, migraines, scoliosis, NAFLD, arthritis, and degenerative disc disease. What Zac does is invaluable to me. There are tons of KZbin channels that are absolute garbage that don’t help anyone that surely make more than Zac. He’s truly helping a community that needs him- all you have to do is read the comments to know this is true.

It literally would be so incredibly cool to know that people are getting value and entertainment from something I created. I hope that I one day some unique idea sparks in my brain for an idea for a viral KZbin channel. So far, I haven’t had any ideas and all my attempts at creating content for KZbin haven’t gotten past like 100 views each. I need a whole new approach and a whole new mindset. But not to worry! I’m only 25 and still have my whole life ahead of me to think of an awesome idea!!! I know it’ll come to me eventually!!

Liked the breathing format. With some of othe others I found myself breathing more deeply from the outset and was out of sync with the guidance. This format eases you in from more shallow breathing to the deeper cycle. Of course there are more and deeper levels that come after based on your body.

Just lovely, Zac! This one hits all the right places to put this one in my top three of your compositions! It’s got all my very favorite components- deep, low tones, water (or air), very low delta (1.5 ), and very best of all, it doesn’t contain any bells or tinkling sounds that cause interruptions to my sleep. I just noticed you mentioned lucid dreaming in the description. I tried for years to lucid dream without success, and quit. Several years later, one night, all of a sudden, it happened! It happens quite a lot now, the best use I’ve found is getting out of a bad dream- that’s generally when I realize I am dreaming and can choose to either begin to lucid dream or wake up. I’m not sure what I did to finally get it to happen, but it is a really helpful thing if you’re someone who has a lot of bad dreams, like I do. It was the worst when I was pregnant with my children...now that they’re grown up and have left home (except one) I still dream about them as little kids!! I have always had a very active dream life- and I write my dreams down like a journal. I will have to let you know if this track causes more lucid dreams than others. I generally find theta tracks do that more for me, but this will be a good experiment!!! Thanks again Zac for all the wonderful restful, peaceful sleep!! 💤🛏 💫😴
