proofing in FREEZER or Refrigerator? Your CHinese is Freezer. Your English is refrigerator. I'm so confused. I put in Freezer last night. it didnt grow up. Now I put in the refrigerator. It does nothing at all.

@@MrsLazy @MrsLazy.Kitchen Yes I read many times on your KZbin. It says "proofing in refrigerator fo 12-18hours". 中文就 雪櫃(冰箱). . but I put in the non-freezer now. (around 2-4'C). is it still possible to proof? is it more soft after proofing? thanks
