Drummer & Ashford - 2 characters that I couldn't stand when they first were introduced - ended up becoming two of my FAVORITE of the entire series. And their friendship is filled with such mutual respect. It truly has been a pleasure to watch from start to finish. THIS is simply an amazingly brilliant interaction that speaks to one of the central themes of the series.

I absolutely adore Ashford as a character. Yeah, he made some bad decisions but at his heart, he only cared for his people and he tried to teach Camina that his old ways were wrong and that she shouldn't walk the same path as he did because otherwise, she'd just end up old, miserable and full of regret like him.

I might be reading to far into it, but it feels like foreshadowing: wherever the Belters colonize, they’re gonna need to cultivate real agriculture off Earth; the life of picking off the Earther and MCRN cargo runs between the planets and the Belt is incompatible with the unification Ashford saw was necessary and now possible

This show killed off its most interesting characters way too early. It's why I got tired of it around season 3.
