Your info isn't too accurate. This isn't the last phase. There is are total 5 phases. Additionally the sizes of the units are same across the project. But I appreciate the info you shared about the myths in the markets. As an existing buyer of Amarah, I have see other existing buyer talking negative and comparing with other so called launches.

Your videos are really helpful. Can u advise on Ashiana anmol and godrej nature plus sohna . Looks to be reasonably priced in resale even now. Are these good investments in your opinion ? What abt godrej habitat

Thanks good information.But how it can be TOD licence,its not near Proposed metro line/highway. It CANNOT be TOD LICENCE. KINDLY CLARIFY. THANKS

I don't think ki carpet area badha aayega phase 4 mein. Sizes are same in all phases
