45:24 when he asked whats your favourite thing about Allah and he replied.. "i can remember from my very young times about wanting somebody that understood me for who i am, i finally figured it out, there's no human being that's gonna do that for me, but Allah's gonna do that for me, Allah knows me" wow... he's the first person that i came across that said exactly what ive been saying since i reverted 🥲my entire 29 years i felt like im always going to be alone no matter how many friends or family i have because no one will truely understand me and i guess i was okay with that fact, but wow when i found Islam and truely believed, that deep loneliness literally disappeared, i stopped trying to explain myself alot, i feel so happy inside, whatever i want to let out, i just talk to Allah and i feel so blessed and honored and loved to have been guided by him, i cant imagine my life without the Quran now, elhamdellah, i feel so lucky

Madh’Allah what an amazing revert story! I took my Shahada in 1981 when I was 17 yrs. old. I found that it was the thing that I had been searching for. I was blessed to have raised 5 Muslim children & now 12 Muslim grandchildren, AlhamduAllah!! Mash’Allah as reverts , we are all so blessed to have been guided to Islam by Allah!! Whenever I listen to other’s revert stories I just feel the same excitement that I had when I reverted 43 years ago. It is just an amazing feeling!! I was blessed to go to Hajj in 2019 with my son & daughter-in-law. They surprised me with this amazing gift, AlhamduAllah!!It turned out that I developed the “Hajj cough” while I was there. This ended up saving my life, as when trying to get over it for over a year after we returned. I had taken 7 rounds of antibiotics& still not getting better. I literally coughed & coughed day & night 24/7! I took every kind of cough medicine available. But still wasn’t getting any better. I was constantly fatigued & no end in sight!😓 My doctor decided to do a CT of my lungs before sending me to an infectious disease specialist. One of my son-in-laws who is a physician requested they add on the abdominal pelvis as well. He suspected a malignancy, but did not want to tell me or my daughter until he was sure what we may be dealing with. I went in for what they thought was a gynecological tumor, but woke up to a Stage 3 diagnosis for a very rare type of cancer. It’s called “RLS” or “Retroperitoneal Lipo Sarcoma”. They removed a very large tumor from the abdominal wall iin the back of my abdomen. Turned out to be Malignant RLS. The prognosis looked pretty grim with a 90% mortality rate. Fortunately, I was able to start strengthening my immune system & have not had a reoccurrence. It’s really a miracle, AlhamduAllah!!🤲🏻 I still must be monitored by scans often, but I am still alive, AlhamduAllah!!🤲🏻Allah’s mercy is infinite & has allowed me to survive longer than expected, AlhamduAllah!!🤲🏻 Islam is such a gift, AlhamduAllah!!🤲🏻 Well, I wish you all the very best & ask you to please keep me & my daughter with special needs, (Sabrene) in your duaa’s insh’Allah!!🤲🏻 I worry greatly about what will happen to her when I do eventually pass away. We all will face it. No one cheats death!! No matter how rich or poor, or how beautiful or handsome, how young or how old, etc. We are all going to taste death at some point! I have lived quite a life, with Allah as my protector, AlhamduAllah!!🤲🏻 Wishing all my brothers & sisters in Islam the best, insh’Allah!!🤲🏻 Jazakalkhairon!! Denise🌸

@johngurvan8279 But they don’t see each other as absolute equals within a system of belief that consists of worldly and heavenly matters, right? And creation without a Creator isn't rational. And it doesn't matter how many people are following something irrational. It will always be wrong. Atheists hide behind ignorance. Let me prove it to you. What do you think is the best explanation for the universe and life in it? 1. Nothing 2. Self-created 3. Something dependent 4. Something independent & eternal 5. Claim ignorance 6. ______ (you're welcome to insert your options) The Divine Reality: God, Islam and The Mirage of Atheism by Hamza Andreas Tzortzis.
