Many ofen times a lot of people hurts us but rather than focusing on others we should forgive them and focus on our self. Because the actual demons who resides in ourselves they are anger, greed, resentment, jealousy etc. Hence, the forgiveness is not gift which you give to others it is a gift which you give yourself. So inspiring! and beautiful message conveys by Swami ji.🙏

The word "forgiveness" has a pleasing tone to it. We are offering it to ourselves alone as a present. We can free ourselves from stress, worry, and other low-value pursuits if we embrace this attitude of forgiveness towards the individual who has badly hurt us. We can ever experience God's boundless blessings in that state of freedom of mind. I am grateful to Swamiji for sharing this amazing teaching method.

Beautifully said by Swamiji, that we have to fight the enemies residing in us,then outside enemies will do no harm to us.If any harm is done to us by anyone, that is to be left to God rather than teaching a lession to him

Purity of the heart and mind is the pure elevation of the soul in spirituality. Once we cultivate the feeling of elevation by tapping into our tolerance power, we can effectively deal with any adverse circumstances in our lives. Thank you Swamiji, for such profound wisdom.

God created this world with perfect intention and with perfect situation, we are here to do service to God. When we take ownership in changing the world, then we need to encounter the karmas. At first place, finding faults in others itself is a big flaw of ourselves. God gave us opportunity to utilize this wonderful human life for uplift of our only values, get closer to God and do service to God and Guru. Rest of the things. Leave in the hands of God. When we grow in spirituality, forgiveness becomes a natural act. Swamiji asked us to keep a critic close to us and start tolerating his negative words and attitude then we can attain that peaceful stage, where nothing, any externals can effect us

Such a wonderful Q&A session by Swamiji in the IIT campus. Harboring resentment is similar to drinking poison and hoping the other person dies. Resentment does us more harm than to the other person. Negativity, and repeated pessimistic thoughts ruins our peace of mind and our own life. To overcome the weakness of this bad feeling, we have to realize, no one is perfect in this material world. Spiritual practice helps us develop tolerance and realize there is a gap between the external circumstances and our mind and we develop tolerance and learn to accept and ignore bad people. Spirituality teaches us how to handle negativity, at the same time learn self defense and not become a victim of bullying. This is the way to live our best life. Thank you Swamiji!!

Swamiji’s words ‘Forgiveness is a gift you don't give to others, but a gift you give to yourself’ is so precious. Enhancing spiritual practice and knowledge helps in teaching one that there is a gap between the externals and one’s mind and to utilize the gap to free up the cleansed mind and soon one will be able to handle and welcome any negative interaction.
