I have been depressed for a long time, but after taking shrooms few months ago, l feel much happier and highly motivated and my ADHD gone , lost a ton of anxiousness and had a few epiphanies about how I should live my life. I decided to buy an ounce for backup, but haven’t yet felt the need to take any more since then.

I'm at the point with my anxiety that it's physically showing itself- sweating, tense muscles, clenched jaw, tight chest....it's so overwhelming but I've found cutting out caffeine, meditation and giving energy healing a chance is helping. Hugs to anyone who has anxiety- I know it's hard to live with.

Juice red onions and drink it about 2 ounces a day. If cant drink it put it in a blender with fruits, but it must be raw red onions. What it does is calm the brain and nerves. Anxiety your nervers get active they need to calm down. Doing it FAITHFUL.. ashwagandha in liquid for and b12 taking daily helps and in some cases heals ones anxiety it nerver healing.

@@ThecrazyJH96 oh it affected my body so bad. I couldn’t function. I couldn’t eat. Constantly dry heaving, diarrhea, suicidal, shaking etc. It went on for over a month, i lost so much weight. It’s all because I was scared of my own anxiety. I hated to admit “i have a disorder”, trying to deny it. But once I have learned to accept it, it all went away. Yes I’m sick and I’m now ok with that fact. Just like anyone who has diabetes, or heart disease. Takes time and a lot of thoughts to though. Still have anxiety, just not the fear of having anxiety.

Wise words for sure! Being a man who has PTSD and anxiety. It took me years to grasp what he is saying. First it was trying to understand what was wrong with me. Second was being able to control it. Bobcat, If you have a problem of overthinking negative thoughts do the below given practice daily anywhere-anytime as often as you can--day and night-even if it is for just 2 or 3 minutes with eyes open or closed. Be careful what you feed your mind. Feed trash and trash will come out. Avoid comparing yourself with others, avoid storing bottled up emotions, reduce watching negative social media and avoid constipation as it affects the mind. Your breathing is closely related to the brain [mind] and gives relief from stress and overthinking. For a relaxed mind observe the sensations of your incoming--outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils and within the nostrils for 5-10-15 minutes or more. You can sit on a chair or lay down anywhere, be as still as possible, eyes closed but avoid deep breathing. Don’t fight your thoughts. Make it a lifetime habit to observe your breath before sleep, when travelling, when reading, at the workplace etc, Best wishes--Counsellor.

That your joy also includes HUMOR gives me a great amount of hope that as I develop my relationship with the all at once, I won't take myself so seriously. Diligence sounds so rigid or unyielding and, I sometimes think, humorless. Thank you for being such an inspiring experience.

This was the best Sadhguru presentation I have seen in a while. I was especially impressed with his point about how people are constantly recreating themselves through both the forces of biology and their own actions, decisions, lifestyle, attitudes, etc. Past experiences, family problems, relationships, triumph and tragedy, etc. All of these things have a huge effect on us. They can create big challenges. But we should not underestimate our own intellect, integrity, resiliency, communication skill, determination etc. And this does not even count the forces of karma which often give us a vital boost when we most need it. Through the process of reinvention we can overcome most obstacles in our life.
