Goff is the best QB in the league. He always has been. Just needed a coaching staff that believes in him like Detroit does. Hell he was the one that wanted to go for it on 4th and 1 with 45 seconds left in the game in a 31-31 tie game.

I love that they have so many things they can do. Constantine said, "He who defends everything defends nothing." If they set up for a run play they do a short pass, if they set up for a pass play they run a few yards and go again, if they set up for a punt they do a fake. I like that they only seem to do what needs to be done, nobody is being a glory hog. Whoever has the best opening gets the ball and a first down in a first down. They have discipline. I don't want to say they will win the Superbowl, I don't want to jinx it.

You've got your analysis down great! I believe that with the right culture and tools available, a LOT of past QBs could have been great, but unlike Goff and Brady, they never found a system that could support them and allow them time to develop into thier potential.

Jared Goff goes in for a touchdown this game; Ben Johnson has a habit of doing what other teams are good at, so I wouldn’t be surprised to see him put in a few Jared Goff sneaks to runs in low yardage goaline situations.

He’s a great QB but Detroit is a weak market, Buffalo, KC, Baltimore, Green Bay, SF QBs get all the press. If Detroit doesn’t win the Super Bowl he won’t get any love. It’s a shame as I think he’s the best storied QB since Kurt Warner.

He threw 5 interceptions in 1 game, Goff is barely an ok QB Laporte, st brown, wright, Gibbs and Montgomery are what make Goofy look much better than he is.....kinda like Mitchell breaking records in the 90's only because he had Barry and a bunch of receivers that made it look easy

Yeah he also has 2nd place for most passes without an interception and had 4 perfect half's and 1 perfect game. FYI goff is 4 and 4 with 4 interception or more in games.
