When was the last time you saw an Kantonian Persian wreck house? Base 70ATK65SpATK isn't that special but base 115SPD isn't slow. STAB Fakeout for flinch cringe and Covet for item theft if you've loaded a 1 time use item onto it. And with coverage of Bite, Trailblaze, Chilling Water, Arial Ace, Metal Claw and Icy Wind, all of which benefit from a 50% Technician boost. Kitty is a flexible surprise Haydunn hasn't touched in 2 years.

Ice Face only regens if switched into Snow or if Eiscue itself sets up the Snow. Since it was broken while IN snow, it does not regen, because it would be overpowered with basically a free sub every turn in snow otherwise.
