Players today have no connection with the club or supporters. All by and large are over paid and over rated foreign Mercenaries. Slash the wage bill, make football affordable,bring the youth players through, they couldn’t do any worse. Bring the manager through with the youth players. Consistency is the key, slot didn’t change much from Klopp. At the end of the day football is meant to be a release, entertainment. If cinemas started charging £90 to watch a movie, there would be uproar. Players don’t even speak to the supporters today, just scribble something. Total disconnect.
