No Onion No Garlic ALOO PARATHA
Total Preparation & Cooking Time: 40 to 45minutes approx. if the potatoes are pre boiled.

You know it's going to be a good day when it starts with a plate of piping hot aloo parathas ! I made these Aloo Parathas with the minimum ingredients I had in the kitchen. Even without onion, garlic & ginger, still, aromatic and flavorful as that from a Dhaba!
INGREDIENTS for the DOUGH :
2 cups or 250g Atta / Wheat Flour
120ml Water approx.
1/2 tsp Salt
Oil or Ghee (clarified butter) to coat
INGREDIENTS for STUFFING :
3 small to medium boiled Potatoes
2 - 3 Green Chilli finely chopped
1/2 tsp Ajwain / Carrom seeds
1tsp Red Chili Powder (I used Kashmiri Red Chilli powder)
1tsp Dhaniya Powder/ Coriander Powder
1/2 tsp Garam Masala
1/2 tsp approx Chaat Masala or Aamchur Powder (Mango powder)
1/2 tsp Salt or as per taste
A handful of fresh Coriander finely chopped
Oil and Ghee to roast Parathas
