No Oven, Eggless Chocolate Cupcake ki Recipe | चॉकलेट कपकेक की आसान रेसिपी

SERVES: 7-8 Cupcakes
------------------------------------------------------------------------
INGREDIENTS:
• ½ Cup Milk (दूध)
• 2 Tsp White Vinegar (सिरका)
• ½ Cup + 1 Tbsp Powdered Sugar (पीसी हुई चीनी)
• ½ Tsp Vanilla Essence (वैनिला एसेंस)
• 4 Tbsp Oil (तेल)
• ¾ Cup All Purpose Flour/Maida (मैदा)
• 1 & ½ Tbsp Cocoa Powder (कोको पाउडर)
• ¾ Tsp Baking Powder (बेकिंग पाउडर)
• 1/8 Tsp Baking Soda (बेकिंग सोडा)
• 7-8 Tsp Chocochips (चोको चिप्स)
• 200 gm Dark Chocolate (डार्क चॉकलेट)
• 100 gm Fresh Cream/Whipping Cream (फ्रेश क्रीम/ व्हिप्पिंग क्रीम)

BAKING INSTRUCTIONS:
• Kadhai/Cooker (No whistle & gasket): Preheat at medium flame for 10 min. Bake at low flame for 20-22 minutes on each side.
• OTG/Convection: Preheat at 170°C for 10 min. Then bake for 12-15 min.

Hii they look so tempting. Have tried making them but get a slight cracked dome in centre . The top texture isn't like yours where (can see the pores). Hey Priyanka , just wanted to point out there is an error in your audio measurement for cocoa, you say 1/ 1/2 cups but it is table spoons in the written version and of course the quantity in video does seem same as written version.
