No Oven, Chocolate Ganache Brownie | बिना ओवन बनाएं चॉकलेट ब्राउनी
SERVES: 6 Big Pieces
INGREDIENTS:
BROWNIE:
• ¼ Cup Chocolate (चॉकलेट)
• 2 Tbsp Butter (मक्ख़न)
• ½ Cup Curd (दही)
• ¾ Cup Powdered Sugar (पीसी हुई चीनी)
• 2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder (कोको पाउडर)
• ½ Cup Whole Wheat Flour (गेहूँ का आटा)
• ½ Cup All Purpose Four/Maida (मैदा)
• ¼ Tsp Baking Powder (बेकिंग पाउडर)
• ¼ Tsp Baking Soda (बेकिंग सोडा)
• 3 Tbsp Milk (दूध)
GANACHE:
• 200 gm Dark Chocolate (डार्क चॉकलेट)
• 100 gm Fresh Cream/Whipping Cream (मलाई/व्हिप्पिंग क्रीम)
BAKING INSTRUCTIONS:
• OTG/Convection: Preheat at 180°C for 10 min. Then bake for 25-30 min
• Kadhai/Cooker (No whistle & gasket): Preheat at medium flame for 10 min. Bake at medium flame for 10 min & then at low flame for 20-25 min
