INGREDIENTS 🔻
• savoiardi biscuits
• milk
For the cream:
• 2 eggs
• 60 g of sugar (3 tablespoons)
• 40 g corn starch (1/3 cup)
• 150 ml of whipping cream
• 600 ml of milk (3 cups)
• 2 tablespoons biscoff lotus cream
Others:
• 150 g of biscoff lotus cream
• 1 piece of chopped lotus biscuits
Place in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours
