Giving usual garlic bread a healthy twist by using whole wheat flour instead of Maida (plain flour) in this recipe. Let me assure you that this does not compromises taste at all. So, give this recipe a try and Enjoy!!

1/4 Cup Warm water
1 Tsp Sugar
1 Tsp Active dry yeast
1 Cup Wheat flour
1/4 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Oregano
1/2 Tsp Chilli flakes
2 Tbsp Water
Some Oil
2-3 Tbsp Butter
1 Tbsp crushed garlic
2 Tbsp Chopped coriander
100gm Mozzarella cheese
1 Cube Processed cheese
Some boiled sweetcorn
Some Oregano
Some Chilli flakes

Thanks for the recepie but please dont misguide. You said, it will take 10-15 minutes to bake the bread on Kadhayi and Salt, but for me it took more than 45 minutes. Pls correct this.

I tried exactly how it was told in video,with exact ingredients and time duration told.It turned out to be very hard from outside nd inside was uncooked not even undercook but completely not eatable.

@@Mhmhind initially it usd to be yeast not wrkin..then it was may b the steel plate i used..so this tym i put aluminium foil over it...also the kadhai may b had gaps..so i filled it wid aluminium foil this time ...then about heat..may b i tried high n low heats n this time i tried medium...

Just tried this recipe right now, turned out amazingly delicious! A must try! 😇😋 Though I did have to add a little bit more water to get that sticky dough like yours; and I'd also recommend adding oregano and chilli flakes in the butter as well-- enhances the taste! 😍👌Thanks for the recipe ☺️

Stretching mozzarella doesn't mean it's delicious! I don't know why so many people in the end of the video just stretch the mozzarella out and say, "See, how delicious it looks"! It's stupid!

Apparently this recipe turned out to be a flop! Don't know what went wrong. My dough came well with the amount of water you specified. It wasn't sticky as yours. Tastes okay though! But it's really dense and no colour was received after baking it in the kadai. 😓

The most important ingredient here being good quality yeast, do help your followers by recommending the right brand. Good Yeast is not so commonly found in india

Is preheating and baking will be in 200degrees or baking temperature should differ? If so what will be the temperature?

salt makes the kadhai very hot and heat gets evenly distributed. never use fresh salt it will.make bread veryyyyy salty it happened with me. i like to replace that salt with soil/sand and it works perfectly

Mam triedthis recipe. But it didn't bake at all. At bottom it became hard but on top it didn't bake. What mistake I could have done. Yeast also proofed well. Please help. So that I can try again
