1.Dough
300g (2 cups) All-purpose flour/Wheat flour
3g (1/2 tsp) Salt
190g (0.8 cups) Water
2. Fillings
450g (1 lb) Ground meat
3g (1/2 tsp) Salt
1/8 tsp Pepper powder
15g (1 tbsp) Soy sauce
8g (1/2 tbsp) Oyster sauce
5g (1 tsp) Minced ginger
100g (2 cups) Green onion
15g (1 tbsp) Cooking oil
📢 Recipe 2 (Ingredients)
1. dough ：

1 tbsp Cooking oil
5g Ground Ginger
1/2 tbsp Soy sauce

1/8 tsp Thirteen-spices
1/8 tsp White pepper powder
Green onion

i was thinking it would make a good lunch. make the dough and meat the night before. cook it up in the morning. wrap it in parchment paper and maybe also aluminum foil. depending on weather it might still be warm by lunch. if not 30 seconds in the microwave would probably be enough to warm it up. not everyone eats breakfast but people are always looking for a cheap quick lunch.

Hello, I wanted to thank you so much for the working receipt! I did the first receipt today and me and my husband absolutely loved it. I didn't had grounded meat, so I was cutting chicken breast into small pieces (which we liked more because then you feeling the meat). I was afraid to do the dough because I never worked on it before / or when I worked it was sh*t lol But everything is fine, I know how it is to do not working receipts and I'm so happy I found your channel because now I know that's I can trust you and your receipts. It's absolutely amazing dish and I'm going to repeat it. Thank you again! :)
