to ppl arguing about the quirks 😭 obviously it's just ONE quirk altogether, but if you separate them from each other entirely then yes it's eight inside one for all. Two merged quirks which made One For All as it is; transfer and stockpile, Six quirk factors from the other inheritors (that also merged into one for all) that Deku can manifest separately on his will. Because of OFA's stockpile factor that stores power and strength, Deku is granted the super-strength aspect that he and Allmight uses throughout the whole four and a half seasons of the anime. Think of it like this, Nana Shimura (AllMight's master) can both super-strength like Allmight AND float (her original quirk.) But since One For All has not evolved enough in her time, she was not able to manifest the other quirk factors. AllMight IS quirkless (yes he is, he doesn't have a transformation quirk.) so he can only use the strength aspect of OFA. So you do not misintepret, Deku has one quirk and not eight, OFA does have eight merged inside, and the quirk singularity made it so that he can manifest 6 other factors inside the quirk.
