I think people should opt for other courses with job opportunity...rather than simply going for bds...many people simply take it as they cannot pursue mbbs and also it is less costly in private college... Especially girl child is pushed for bds simply to get a bds degree and doctor tag...many people for reputed doctor family do so and finally onus of earning comes on child. My only advice to fellow doctors is wherever you are aquire knowledge,build up communication and management skill,and most importantly learn skills. And problem in india becomes more grave as people have neglect oral health And termination to all problem is tooth extraction.

Dentistry bahat struggle hai.. mehnat bahat hai ; Patient appreciation bhi nhi karta apni mehnat ka.. agar mobile tooth extract karo to tarif suno... difficult impaction kia to bolenge -isko kuch ata nhi... time Bahat lag gya last tym dusre clinic mein nikala tha jaldi aa gya tha.. doctor saab daant nikal ne ka Itna paisa... so much depression. Difficult to practice in small town where dental awarness is very low. Fact hai dentistry mein aur wo maja nhi raha.

Hospital join kr lo...kam se kam 15k to aygge...or yadi app ko pt. Jan jate h ya phir apka kam acha lagta h..to ho sakta h ki vo apki clinic m bhi aa jayge..plus experice bhi ho jayga ki y dr phale wha kam krta tha..so its gud to join charity hospital.

Preeti Jain dear u open clinic when u confirm that u stay in your own city after maarige also but when u not confirme that where u settle then never open clinic bcz it's is expesive to open clinic and run clinic bcz it take atleast minimum 2-3 years ....when your clinic running full fledged.....but u should join any good dental clinic work as a doctor where patient flow is high...
