Build an excess of storage and granaries. Build the storage near the forest for the lumber mill workers to walk less. You need a storage next to each quarry and to each iron mine. You need a granary next to each farm to maximize food production. Each time when the workers have to walk your reduce the effectiveness of the building quite a lot.

Dude without storage nearby, your production camps are really really slow. This is why you're constantly low on wood. Not only do you get wood really slow this way, but you also waste a ton of food every day because you have so many woodcutter camps. You waste food and population for a very slow drip of wood.
