No Peek Chicken

I have had something similar to this but with pork chops. It’s a very delicious casserole that goes great with green beans. With the chicken I’d probably put the cheese but not with pork chops, just my opinion. I googled the thing about the left handed owing the devil a days work because I’d never heard it but my little boy is left handed. A lot of myths, folklore but interesting. Oh, they’re evil too because the devil was left handed lol. My little boy is the most loving soul you’ll ever meet.

My Mom made her No Peek with round streak. 2 lbs thinly sliced steak. 2 cans onion soup 2 can’s golden mushroom soup. Cover and bake 2 hours 350 degrees. Serve over rice. Easy and delicious. Do not peek!

I put slices of onion or of tomato on top. It adds a little zing. I guess you could put sliced peppers on it, too.
