The guy behind Blippi is named Stevin John and he's an Air Force Veteran. John started making videos for his then two-year-old nephew Hunter, because he believed there wasn't enough high quality children's content on KZbin. He saw his nephew watching videos on KZbin and they weren't the best quality just background music with footage and he thought he can do something better than this and it will be fun to create content for him.
