Your presentation reminds me of this show that starts with stately music and a man in a large leather chair closes a literary work and proceeds to introduce something. It was I think a comedy movie or cartoon e would introduce.

I don't recall hearing anything about this story at the time. There were more lurid stories about him to read. Dredging up my knowledge of late 19th century American history, I did remember William Jennings Bryan and his "Cross of Gold" speech. It's just as well that he didn't win; otherwise he would have been shot instead of William McKinley. But I think Bryan is now remembered more for his part in the Scopes "Monkey Trial." On another note, I just received my official mail-in ballot. You can guess who I will not be voting for...

Yep. Can’t believe it’s so nip and tuck. Slightly dubious about relying on betting markets though- men twice as likely to gamble as women, and men are polling for Trump.
