When I went to Mexico a met a women in the morning working Housekeeping in the Hotel.Later in the afternoon while relaxing on the beach the same women was taking orders & serving drinks.Went to a different part of town for dinner… there she was again ,she recognized us and gave us the most giant smile.

Yeah my people are the hardest any friendly workers in this universe and they get paid peanuts. My people pay taxes they pay into social security and Medicaid and they don’t get to benefit from any of it. I was born in this country to a Spaniard American and to a Mexican American and I was raised in very different conditions than my fellow Mexicans. I received my license as a registered nurse some thirty five years ago. I consider myself very blessed and I ache for the plight of my fellow Mexicans. My people are mistreated and they just keep on fighting. I want to tell my people to hang in there because they to can become successful. My sister Olivia Troye who was Mike Pence’s assistant was literally born in Mexico. There are many Mexicans that are smart enough to hold good positions in this country but they need help to succeed. We have a democratic senator also born in Mexico. My nephew works in the California state capitol and is chief of staff there and he too was born in Mexico. That nephew is my husband’s nephew. My daughter is a teacher and has received the Summa Cum Laude award twice. She’s very intelligent. My second daughter is a social worker also very intelligent. My three grandchildren are young but very bright just like my daughter, their mother. My husband was born in Mexico and owns his own sprinkler business. My husband and I struggled in the beginning but we were very committed to building a good future for the children that we were planning to have after I graduated from college. My husband worked three jobs while I went to school full time and because of this I was able to get through college quickly because I was taking a full course in college. We had no debt from my college because my husband worked three jobs. We put one of my daughters through college and the other received full scholarships. We, by the grace of god, have been very successful. We own three homes which we rent three. These homes are fully paid for we only pay taxes on them which are very stiff but it’s no big deal for us because we make good money. We helped my daughter purchase her own home. And we bought three cars in one years time. I wish everyone could have the same chances that we’ve had. I see people walking the streets and some looking in garbage cans for food. It breaks my heart and thankfully god has given my plenty to be able to feed at least one person at a time. It breaks my heart when I watch on TV people getting deported. Their looks of defeat plainly reflected on their faces. I wish we could all have a home and three meals a day but unfortunately there are many out there homeless and desperate. May the lord provide for all of those that are desperate and hungry. God has blessed me not just in what I’ve been able to accomplish but for filling my heart with compassion I love all people and I yearn for them to be able to at least have home and food.

First time listener. Damn, you're very good, and I love comedy. The video was well done and the cuts flowed without a problem. I lived in Mexico for four years and I totally agree. They will finish a job regardless of the obstacles or limitations that others throw at them. I was a production planner there, so I have to push back on their rapidity. But if you want a truck shipment to go cross country and make it by a certain time on the other side, there's no race better than them. They will arrive with four flat tires, a part of the shipment that "fell somewhere between El Paso and Albuquerque, we don't remember well, we hit a bump and you know ..." and the brakes may need a lot of work, BUT, the shipment arrived on time.
