I was able to Download Jeevan Pramaan Ver 3.6.3 Android Face App and was able to progress. However it is not launching the scanner. I get this message "Scan Failed/Aborted". When I click "OK" , I again get this message "No Rd Service Found please install Rd Service First". Now when i try to get " AdhaarFaceRd" from Google Playstore, I get the following message "This item isn't available in your country". I am currently in US. Can some please help
