The whole game record just came up because everyone knew he most likely was gonna break that record. So it was just a way to discount him if he broke it. I heard Steve Tasker talk about his incentives for playing special teams. His incentives was tied to the wins of the team. Now he was playing for the 4 straight Superbowl Bills.... So he hit those incentives but once his new contract came by they took those incentives away. Apparently he was making too much money.

If Barkley played back then he would have a lot more frequent 0-2 yard runs on those types of carries. They didn’t use tush push back then. YPC are higher now league wide compared to 1984
