Why issue passes to sell flowers & candles and then prevent these poor people from carrying out their business. This tradition has been going on for years so if there is a security issue then it should have been explained to the people beforehand not prevent them from selling flowers and candles . Someone either the government or the Church authorities should clarify why these people are prevented from carrying out their behaviour business. Shame on those who are denying them the right to eke out a living.
