When I moved to a new flat my neighbour was scared ki muslim aa rahe hai baju me.. she even discussed this with my other neighbour. Now after living there for 5 years she has no issues. Infact she said jaise socha tha waise nahi hai yeh.. whenever people meet us like my family or anyone they say aap lagte he nahi ho Muslim.. isme lagne ka kya hai.. I don’t think it's religious bias exactly. As a mango person, I believe it's the fear because of what has been happening... with all the riots and murders committed against a particular community, people are just scared and unsure who to trust. FYI - A Hindu man was beheaded few days back in the same country in 2022. More than 10 Hindus have been murdered by Muslims for their religion in India in 2022. Me, my family and nearly everyone I know is scared because of recent attacks on Hindus. Not attacking you in anyway, just clarifying that respect and faith has to be earned in tough times like these.

In a religion sensitive country like India, I don't think you should inculcate content that could potentially create a mental divide between communities, journalists are doing that anyway. What you faced was sad but please understand the fact that it's not always the case. I live in a well off area in a tier 1 city and we've got l significant Muslims around. There are going to be people in each community who hold prejudice against other communities, that's a fact you can't deny but there are also many who don't. Specifically pointing out the negatives IS going to create a mental block in people's mind, please do keep tgat in mind. No hate :))
