No Return (Grounded) - Daily Run: 2nd Place as Abby - The Last of Us Part II Remastered

I got 800 on the 4th map Brewery (with a companion), it should have easily been 840 or more if I didn't run out of all ammo at the very end of it, add the 20 deducted points due to having Lev with me and it could have reached 860 or more. I'm happy with it but also frustrated at the lost potential. an 840+ on a 4th map would have been great and made the run unbeatable. Thank you for watching!

Was a great run and enjoyable to watch! In your opinion, to improve skills would it be better to play on grounded but with accessibility options enabled, or play with those off but on lower overall difficulties? I wish there was an option to scale the slow-mo when aiming option. It's waaay to much of a crutch with it enabled, but if I could set it to just slow down 50 or 25% of what it does, I think it would help. Overall I can do quite well on no-guns maps, but any time the leg-shot-melee combo is key, it's like it goes great and then you miss one single shot and either die right there or end up with 4 stalkers and clickers after you, and then either die or lose a bunch of health and have to use bombs to get out of it - obviously not ideal for high score.

@@jakepeters2018 Thank you! I think you should slowly work your way up to grounded from lower difficulties. Accessibility settings will not make you better or teach you anything. Your aim will not improve if you use the slow down time setting, you’re developing bad aim habits that way. Try body shots into leg shots for enemies that are moving too quickly, it helps.

Question for valuthra: Do you think it’s possible to be competitive in no return on lower difficulties? In theory if you do your daily on survivor or hard, you’d have listen mode + be able to get away with stuff you wouldn’t on grounded. So if you did that flawlessly and I mean FLAWLESSLY you’d theoretically be able to get a top ten right?

I am not sure. I think it’s a 0.5x bump on each map so 3x overall, that is significant. But top 10 doing it should be possible on some dailies.

I also Screwed up Mel's Run haha Tried to run away from the Theater Stalker so as i put the Trap mines down he went straight through it and Boom Mel Died 😅😂

For points, basically a free headshot kill

5 points for stunning it (first shot to its head is a stun) and 5 points for the headshot kill. So 10 points per clicker if you kill them. Also, if you free them, you won’t be able to get every kill being a headshot so -30 points. I never free them.
