I've come home twice with beautiful LL Bean button down shirts. Both of them had one sleeve ripped out. I saved the buttons. Have a Merry Christmas!

Enjoy your break and Merry Christmas!! My favorite tradition is a big Christmas Eve. My sister-in-law makes a giant gumbo and we all contribute by bringing different party foods. It’s really a magical night and my favorite night of the year.

Family tradition Christmas Eve crab legs and French Onion soup. Best gift I’ve given is a journal for my mom and matching one for me with a question for every week of the year that we both answered then discussed each weekend for a year. 52 questions like what’s your favorite movie, concerts you’ve been to etc. it was the gift that kept on giving. Happy holidays!

Merry Christmas! Enjoy your break :) Good for you for recognizing you needed it and making the choice to take it! I know it's difficult to do. Thanks for sharing your tradition with us, too! My husband and I usually do a fire in the fireplace, play board games, maybe watch a Christmas movie, and we switch up food each year. Last year we did a bunch of different finger foods and I loved that.

Our Christmas Eve meal is kind of like thanksgiving but add a ham! Turkey, Ham, Stuffing, Green Bean Casserole, Mashed potatoes, pumpkin pie and then we do deviled eggs, a pickle tray and some type of meat snack like pigs in a blanket or a charcuterie board for snacks 😊

Merry Christmas sunshine! I've been working overtime at my outside job. Miss watching your videos. Good that you're taking a break. Me too! Sales will pick back up after the holidays. A blessed holiday season to you & your family 🙏🙏🌲🌲💕💕

You were exhausted that's how you missed that. If you are going to worry about listing you won't get the mental break you need. I'm taking a few days off until I feel better and will rebuild then. It is really ridiculous that they want you to list every day. Life is busy. Have a Merry Christmas!

I've had 2 sales this week and 1 never delivered so had to refund on eBay and do a claim to USPS. So I also am taking a holiday break till January 8. Just recheck myself. I'm so glad I have a full-time job also I could never count on just my reselling these days. Merry Christmas to you and your family! Enjoy your break and time with your loved ones. We do ham and crab with traditional sides and pies on Eve.

Merry Christmas, Jenn. I have combined listings (eBay, Poshmark and Mercari) of 7,600 and sell one item per day. So I understand. We always have Persimmon pudding at Christmas. We're related to Robert E. Lee and it is a family recipe from way way back. I'm taking a break also - headed to Sanibel to hunt for shells and then onto Indianapolis to celebrate my Mom's 95 birthday when she gets home from rehab for a broken leg. Take care.

My sales have been really slow too! First time in months I didn’t get any eBay sales in 24 hours. One order on Poshmark and no orders so far today! Don’t get discouraged! You know how things come in waves and you’re right about Christmas time slowing things down! Keep your head up! Enjoy your family and remember a good sales day is right around the corner 😊 We all go through it!

I had 2 returns last week too. One was my fault but the other was a typical buyer who didn’t read the measurements in the description on eBay. I throw things away all the time that have stains, issues etc. I personally believe that thrift stores intentionally have terrible lighting so flaws aren’t found until you get home. Don’t be so hard on yourself and enjoy your break!

I sent wrong item what a bummer. We have turkey, ham or meatballs two out of three. Depends what was for Thanksgiving. My mom use to make 10 different cookies we all took home some. This is the 3rd year she has been gone. A big change never will be the same. Merry Christmas 🎄

My kids are all grown but now we go out to Chinese Christmas Eve. Have for many years then go to our sons on Christmas Day. Our daughter and family moved to Vegas this year so that’s sad. They are around 1,000 miles away now. Our other son lives in Tucson. We’ve had a few Christmasas with us all together. We ususky had ham or turkey or both. All the fixings. At our sons they do ham.

Merry Christmas! We always have 24 hour salad, Like ambrosia salad only better with no coconut.I will bake a ham and small turkey this year along with baked Mac & cheese, sweet potato casserole & green beans. I picked up a Johhnywas top a few months ago and was so excited to find it that I didn’t notice the entire bottom had been cut. It still sold just at a lower price. Taking a break is good sometimes 😊. I hope you and your family have a wonderful blessed Christmas.

I totally get it! I am like crazy overworked but for some reason I can not/will not stop working. I think you owe it to yourself to take a break, and it actually helps me think about taking a break as hearing you take one kind of gives me permission to do it myself. I have 5 kids aged 10 months - 17 and I do reselling part time. I ask work full time at an insurance company. I know I have too much on my plate, I just dont really see where I can cut out anything. My husband also does not understand why I can’t just stop working so he is really no help when I talk to him about it lol Thank you for putting this video up, and I wish you and your family a Merry Christmas!

I took a little break myself. January, February, and March are usually busier for me anyhow. More people buying used and for themselves after the holiday and because of tax refunds. It's good to take beaks when you need them. I plan to next year lighten up during summer when it's slow in order to not feel burnt out during the winter.

When you feel drained, be it e-commerce or on a regular job - just take a breather. Put the store on vacation mode. Don't even list anything. Take a total break. Sometimes we push ourselves too much. Everyone makes mistakes; that is life. On the blouse with cut sleeves - donate it. Have a good break.

Merry Christmas Jenn! Im going to follow your lead and put my store on vacation until after New Years. We usually have our son and 4 grandkids over on Christmas Eve for a Mexican buffet. And I usually make several traditional candies and cookies to split up for all of them. But THIS year is going to be different! The doctor has ME on the weight loss shots so no candy or cookies for moi...and hubby just had outpatient throat surgery yesterday and is not a happy camper today! Sooo....Im thinking we may postpone this years celebration until he feels better. Enjoy your time off sweet lady!! {{Hug}}. P.S. Got a chuckle out of the cut sleeve AND the Covid kleenex! Hahaha
