Supplies for 4th of July Gnome/Uncle Sam Gnome
*Body; Plastic Bottle, Size I used was 2 3/4" x 6 1/2" tall
Jacket; Blue Fleece, 10" x 10"
*Hat; 6" x 6" Red Fleece, for the Brim
*Hat; Small Terra Cotta Flower Pot
*1 Kids Sock, to cover the bottle.
Nose, Jet Set Knit, color nude, from Joann Fabrics.
You could also use a wooden bead.
*Beard, Faux Fur, White or Ivory.
Red/White Striped Fabric for Body, Legs & Cuffs on the Sleeves.
*Cumber bun; White fabric 3" x 10 " or fabric of your choice
• Buttons for Jacket, Trim for Jacket; Ribbon to embellish.
*Shoes, of your Choice.
*4 th of July Socks, I got mine at JoAnn Fabrics for shirt under jacket and Hat..
*Arms; 3 Pipe Cleaners all twisted together.
*Hands: Wooden Beads.
*Leg; Dowel Rods, my legs were 4" long. Diameter, your choice.
*Nuts; for Weight in the Shoes
*Rocks or Dried Beans to add Weight to the Bottle.
*•Hot Glue Gun/ Glue Sticks or Sew Machine or Needle & Thread
*Stuffing a Small amount for the shoes
Strong String, for nose and to tie off the kids sock.
