I know you're still waiting on a part for your sewing machine; however, can I just say how sweet you are to think of things we can create without the use of a sewing machine? And yes, these are so stinkin' cute! 😊

For those wondering, that mini punch set is called a Japanese Screw Punch. It’s the BEST tool you never knew you needed! You can punch anywhere, no matter how far from the edge, and it punches through many layers at once. I never make a bag without it. In this demo, I would have just used it to punch the holes through the template instead of marking them and then punching. They’re inexpensive on Amazon.

I’m in Australia 🇦🇺 & I’m working my way through all your KZbins. You’ve sent me down an amazing rabbit hole & I thank you. I want to make everything. I stopped sewing for years & my craft room is now my happy place. I’m currently working through each of your totes. 😀

Hey Jessica, Very cute and unique pattern!, since you like to innovate . I would like to ask you if you ever have seen the pattern Luna retro bag from oro Rosa. I just found it and thought about you making a tutorial about this bag . If one day you decide to give it a try I will definitely get the pattern and fallow your instructions. There is no much tutorial about the Luna retro on KZbin. This pattern comes with different techniques in a very unique way!.

Did you try a screw punch? It's more for bookbinding but the brand name is very sturdy according to what I heard, and easy to use. I can't find it where I live but I was wondering how it will perform for bag making 🤔

Hi Jess, love your videos! Pretty much everything I've made (and purchased) has been because of your tutorials. I was wondering if you would consider doing a project on your Brother embroidery machine that incorporates using a larger hoop? Crossing my fingers! :)

Can you explain why on the cutting machine the svg file comes with the holes separate and you have to put the holes onto the cutout yourself? And it’s so hard to get it even! I’m so frustrated!!!

I know this is a year old but viewers unfamiliar with HTV need to know if they are cutting these patterns on a machine the image needs to be "Mirrored" when using Heat transfef vinyl. Unless its a universal image. There is also a hot peel or a cold peel vinyl

@annguglielmino89892 жыл бұрын
It is a plastic paint on coating you run along the outside edges of vinyl. I'm sure you have seen it if you have a vinyl purse or book cover.

If they were a little larger (wider) end to end, you could put your lipstick in it. Is anybody thinking of selling them for that purpose? I'm a beginner sewer, so I'm not into making these, but I'd certainly buy them for my girls and myself as lipstick holders. Especially with the Mickey rivets. How about it Jess?

@@cherryhillbags1996 She said they were 6 mm rivets, and you can buy them on the Kam snap website...She uses the kam snap tools, so they have to be from Kam snaps...they are $4.75 for 50 sets...
