You had a free 'work out" on this hunt, a hard one, but rewarding. That buckle was a terrific find. Other hunters certainly missed that! Mr Beetle looked very smart in his shiny suit. When you said you could hear a ritual, my mind went in overdrive again 😅

Haha, thank you for the comment! Mr. Beetle had probably an appointment. I think, (stronger) wind "amplifies" noise from certain directions, that's why it sometimes appears to come from a spot, where there is empty forest. Often I hear church bells from very far away. But who knows... Thank you very much for watching. Have a great day! 👍

Haha, thanks for the comment Ray! And I was so proud after finding this coin. 😄 I really thought it was lost by another detectorist (from a large American military community in our area). Sadly the soil did what it often does to copper, although I could see some nickel "residues". That's why silver is king! Have a great day & Happy Hunting! 👍

You do like to go to some extremes with your hunts well done

Thank you Mr. Miller. I prefer easier, flat terrain to be honest, but once I keep going, it feels like a "marathon" with a satisfying feeling at the end. Of course the motivation has to be there, otherwise this wouldn't be possible. Have a great day!

Wish my targets were as shallow as yours! I live in Yorkshire I dig up to 18 inches sometimes Using the minelab x terra elite Great machine 👏 I was saving for the Xp deus 2 probably don't need to now 👍
@MetalDetecting243 ай бұрын
Hello, thank you very much for the comment. I wish my detector was that deep. 18 inches... sounds like a dream for me. Without the shallow finds I would be in big trouble. I often feel that there are way more finds, but I simply can't touch them behind a thick layer of humus. Good thing is, the terrain often changes, as the woods are heavily modified. I have heard of the Minelab X-Terra line, but not the "elite" product (I always wanted the 705 (?) model, but never saw one live in action). I'll look up the "elite" version later. Thank you once again, have a great day! 👍

Wow, that hill looked steep! That buckle is perfect. Si-finds, in England, says objects over 300 years must be submitted to the British Museum for a look. The museum usually returns them. Does Germany have any such demands? Thank you.

If the Rooseveldt U.S. dime is 1964 or older, it is 90% silver.😊

Thanks for the info. Yea, it's a pity. We have a "5 Mark" coin, which was made of silver until 1974. It's the same case. 😀 Have a great day!

@MetalDetecting243 ай бұрын

Hello Randy, thank you very much for the comment. I always make fun of meteorites, because I think that the ones I find aren't real. But who knows, I might be wrong. 😄 Thank you once again, I wish you a wonderful day! 👍
Hello Noi, thank you so much for your comment! I hope you enjoyed the video. I wish all the best to you and your Mother! Greetings to Thailand. Have a wonderful day. 👍🌹

Is it a joke or wild boar really chew cases? Because I find those chewed cases and always wonder how it happens.
@MetalDetecting243 ай бұрын
I think it's the only explanation. They seem to be very curious and chew on anything, but shell casings seem to be their favorites. I thought, maybe they know what it is and that's how they express anger towards this object. 😄 Have a great day!

@MetalDetecting243 ай бұрын
Thank you for the comment. I think I should do some research on meteorites and stop making fun of it. I'll try to take this subject more seriously in the future, although I don't know if I will be able to overcome my feelings against "rocks from hell" as I like to call them. Have a great day! 👍

@MetalDetecting243 ай бұрын
@soendler233 ай бұрын
Gut Fund. 🙂👍
